• Children under the age of three may sit on a guardian’s lap for free. Tickets must be purchased for children over the age of three or children large enough for a seat.
• No refunds, adjustments, or cancellations allowed after purchase except in the case of a performance cancellation.

• Theater doors will open one hour prior to the scheduled showtime.

• The number of available seats may increase or decrease depending on production needs.
• The contents of the show are subject to change depending on circumstances.
• Ticket re-sale via third party vendors is strictly prohibited and tickets acquired via these means are not guaranteed to be valid.
• Customers with tickets purchased from a third party vendor found to be fake or fraudulent will be refused entry.
• The purchase of tickets from official retailers, performers, their representatives, or Playguide is strongly encouraged.
